John Boccuzzi Jr. has more than 20 years experience as a sales, marketing and customer experience executive, with a proven track record of strategic thought leadership in both private and public companies with the ability to execute through teams and technical experts to achieve remarkable results. He has earned a reputation for a professional and positive attitude, and the ability to easily connect with and motivate those around him.


Prior to consulting, training and public speaking, John most recently served as Vice President of Sales & Edible for Business for Edible Arrangements, LLC were he led a team of 5 Senior Directors and Directors and total personnel of over 100 across several key departments including: Business Gifting, Business Development & Brand Partnerships, Franchisee Support, Customer Care and Training & Development that supported 1,217 franchised locations and millions of customers in North America.


Previous leadership positions include Co-Founder of Rewardable a crowd sourcing app, Co-Founder and investor of OT Solved a solution for overtime management, SVP of National Retail Sales for Affinion Group and prior to that CEO of Kenosia Corporation, the leading provider of demand data analytics solutions for the consumer goods industry.  Under John's management, Kenosia was ranked by readers of Consumer Goods Technology Magazine as No.1 in “Customer Experience” two years in a row in the demand data analytics category. John has negotiated hundreds of contracts with some of the largest manufacturers, retailers, software providers and agencies in the world including: Amazon, Ahold, Heineken, IBM, Bacardi, Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer, Google, Shutterfly, Café Press, Fandango, T-Mobile, David’s Bridal, Destination Maternity, The Children’s Place, General Mills, Colgate, Heinz, GE, Nestle Purina, and Philip Morris USA. 


Wanting to share his passion for developing new business and teams, along with his desire to assist businesses with delivering the best possible solutions and customer experiences, John formed Boccuzzi LLC.  Through his many years of diverse and progressive sales, customer and marketing experience, John provides a hands-on perspective on the challenges and successful solutions in a rapidly changing business climate. John has a Bachelor’s Degree from Bryant University. 


When John is not consulting, training or public speaking, he enjoys spending time with his two amazing children and wife of 21 years.  He is also a foodie, cook, bee keeper, mico fruit farmer and runner and has completed several marathons including New York Marathon, Vermont City Marathon and the Goofy Challenge (a half marathon day one and a full marathon day two).
